Angus Stone is rambling across the globe and country, promoting his new Broken Brights album.  Don’t miss him at Tanks on Saturday 1 December.

He broke hearts and records as the masculine half of the Angus & Julia Stone duo; now he is flying solo to explore his music, song writing and production skills.  

Broken Brights went straight into iTunes No 1 position when it was released earlier this year.  This soulful collection of tunes combines Stone’s unique story-telling experience with a little bit of a retro-country feel.  

This is Stone’s first solo release under his own name and he’s already taken it around North America and Australia, to acclaimed reviews.  Tanks is one of his final stops and Angus is the last show for 2012, at this beloved Cairns venue – what a way to end the year!
