The course was in great condition for Tuesday’s Stableford event which was taken out by Des Graham with 42 points ahead of Larry Smith with 40 points and Alan Jury.

Nearest the pins were Alan Harper on 6, Barry Brims on 8 & 13 , Tony Cowell on 10 and Ian Steley on 17.

The winner of Wednesday’s nine hole event was Helen Gabour with 23 points ahead of Kerri-Lynn Williams and Ron Smith. Nearest the pin was Helen on 8.

Thursday’s Lucy Giles Monthly Medal was won by Christie Bouwkamp with 68 nett ahead of Kerri-Lynn Williams 70 and Treveen Page 72. Christie also won the putting competition.

Nearest the pins were Helen Gabour on 6, Shona Barbour on 8, Lucy Giles on 10 and Kerri-Lynn on 13.

The winner of the Friday Frolic was Ian Steley with 17 points for 9 holes.

Saturday’s perfect weather conditions allowed good scoring with Laurie Prosser 68 nett taking out the Mossman Auto Repairs Monthly Medal, ahead of Clint Kachel with 69 nett on a count-back to Mick  
Lancaster.

Nearest the pins were Sam Brischetto on 6, Peter Gray on 8, Mick on 10, Peter Chrisfield on 13 and Ian Steley on 17.

The Ladies competed in the Port Douglas Combined Club Monthly Medal with victory going to Christie Bouwkamp with a great 64 nett, ahead of Katie Brims 65 nett and Shona Barbour 69 nett.

Nearest the pins were A. Dearlove on 6, Christie on 8 and 13 and Shirley Carney on 10.
