The winners of the Court House Hotel's Best Photo Competition for July have been announced with Robyn Shelley taking out the honours.

Robyn took this stunning shot entitled 'Sailing boat on the Coral Sea' as she was cruising on a boat as part of the Port Douglas Yacht Club's Wednesday night social sails.

"You don't get a long twilight up here so you have to be quick," Robyn, and avid photographer, said as she collected her prize.

Robyn collected 30% of the votes and by doing so collected a box of Corona's and tickets to AME's Jungle Ball. Second place went to Pip Parbery with her 'Stormy on 4 mile beach at sunrise', while Iain Ralston came in third place with 'The Frog'.
