The Amity Affliction to blast the Tanks

The Amity Affliction, one of Brisbane's hardest working live bands (originally from Gympie), will be heading to Tanks Art Centre as part of their national tour to launch 'Youngbloods', their second album.

Youngbloods was recorded in New York with hardcore super-producer Machine at the control desk. Machine has worked with bands such as Lamb of God and Every Time I Die.

A sound which combines metal and punk, The Amity Affliction's album has been touted as one of 2010's "most anticipated and successful hardcore releases".

If you want to meet the guys in person, you'll have the opportunity at a free Q&A and signing from 11am to 1pm this Saturday at the Tanks, before they hit the stage that night.

The Tanks' doors open for the show at 6.30 before kicking off at 7.30, with tickets available at the door costing $15 (no concession).
