NAIDOC Week 2020 is drawing to a close and its been a busy week in Mossman celebrating the local Indigenous Culture.

From a flag-raising ceremony, a Baby Show, Night Markets under the Mossman Raintrees, an Elders Lunch, to the Mossman a car rally, the Eastern Kuku Yalanji culture has been proudly on display all week.


The NAIDOC Week 2020 theme is ‘Always Was, Always Will Be’, which recognises and celebrates that the very first footprints on Australian soil were those belonging to First Nations peoples.
