The team from Just Jase Hair, on Grant Street Port Douglas, have clicked over 60 years in the hairdressing game between locals Jase, Hayley, Ellie, Kay, and Jenn.

This fully qualified, professional hair styling team offer a full range of hair care and styling services for women, men and children of all ages and look forward to providing you with friendly, caring and welcoming service.

Owner and operator Jason Wintle said, “If you look good, you generally feel good, and looking good in Port Douglas has never been easier with the competent stylists we have here at Just Jase Hair.

Trading now at this location for more than six years, the friendly local with the megawatt smile and contagious laughter believes that it’s more an experience when you visit Just Jase Hair.

Jase and his team of stylists are professional to the core, taking pride in their work and have a loyal following of local customers both young and old, always putting you at ease while creating the perfect look.

Taking on the Barber Shop nearly two years ago from long time barber Keith Lawrence, Mr Wintle said when the opportunity arose to buy the Barber Shop there wasn’t a second thought.

“We closed it for a few weeks whilst it was renovated and open with a traditional but modern barber look, New York subway tiles and black and white checked floor, it really looks the part.”

Covid certainly took its toll with both shops being closed for close to two months. But they are open and trading once again with Covidsafe plans in place.
