Denise Wolf (RN) in association with Dr. Russell d’Scarlett have been operating a cosmetic injecting clinic in the Northern Beaches of Cairns, just 35 minutes south of Port Douglas for over 10 years and Denise says she has a passion for making people feel good about themselves.

Now back in full operation following COVID lockdown, La Nece offers anti-wrinkle treatments as well as injectable dermal fillers with the aim of slowing down the ageing process gracefully together while enhancing your own beautiful features.

“I don’t believe in fish lips,” Denise said.

“The important thing is that the line isn't crossed, where we then head into the 'plastic' look.

Anti-wrinkle treatments can be used to correct forehead lines, frown lines and wrinkles that develop around the eyes as well as assist with other areas of the face for that lifted and fresher look.

Dermal fillers are used to correct both shallow and deeper lines and folds, as well as replacing volume loss. Areas that can be enhanced and treated include the cheeks, mid face, smile lines, downturned mouth corners and marionette lines, nose to mouth folds, jawline, chin and more.

Denise began her career in the cosmetic beauty industry in 1996 when she gained her diploma of beauty therapy. She later became a Registered Nurse, working at Cairns Hospital, before she found her niche as a Cosmetic Nurse in 2009.

Dr Russell graduated from the University of Western Australia in 1994. He has undergone extensive training since 2007 in external and internal anti ageing medicine in both Australia and the United States.
