Changed traffic conditions for Coral Coast Triathlon

EVENT INFORMATION



THE Coral Coast Triathlon is back in Port Douglas this weekend with changed traffic conditions effecting motorists on Sunday.

There will be road closures between 5.30am and 10.30am this Sunday 30 July on:

- Garrick Street (between Mowbray Street and end of Garrick Street)
- Mowbray Street (between Davidson Street and Garrick Street)

There will also be changed traffic conditions on:

- Port Douglas Road (Sunday morning during competition hours. The road will be open as normal but motorists are urged to slow down and look out for road marshals)

Race Day Schedule:

Athlete Check-In: 6.00am – 6.55am
Transition Open/Bike Racking: 6.00am – 6.55am
Transition/Check In Closes 7.00am STRICTLY
Race Briefing (Oly/Spr/Ent): 7.05am – in front of registration tent
Race Start OLYMPIC: 7.30am
Race Start ENTICER: 8.20am
Race Start SPRINT: 8.30am

Aquathlon Check-In: 8.45am – 9.10am (main rego tent)
Aquathlon Transition Open: 8.45am – 9.15am (Four Mile Beach)
Aquathlon Transition Closes: 9.15am STRICTLY
Aquathlon Race Briefing: 9.20am – (Four Mile Beach)
Race Start AQUATHLON: 9.25am
