WHEN it comes to New Year’s Eve, Port Douglas knows how to party.

Two spectacular fireworks displays brought in 2017 on Saturday night, with the town’s many night spots and restaurants all jumping with activity. Some light rain throughout the evening didn’t dampen the spirit of revellers on Macrossan Street, The Reef Marina and the many resort NYE parties.
