PORT Douglas real estate agent Mark Flinn has been named the Alan White Elite Performer of the year for being in the top two per cent of sales across the Ray White Group in Australia and New Zealand.

And if that wasn’t enough, he is currently ranked the number one sales person based on properties sold on ratemyagent.com.au, the virtual ‘tripadvisor’ for real estate. 

Flinn, who is the longest serving agent operating from the Ray White Port Douglas office, said he was humbled by the award.

“It’s a great honour,” Flinn said.

“I’ve been chipping away at it for 15 years now so that helps a lot. I think it comes down to consistency and giving buyers the right property for them."

Flinn has consistently been rated among the top performers for Ray White Port Douglas based on independent surveys with buyers and vendors.

The Alan White Elite Performer is recognition for his exceptional performance in the market, which includes volume of sales and settled commission.
