There is the new style in Four Mile with the launch of The Beach Shacks new take away menu this week.

And its FRESH like the cool breeze that sweeps in from the Coral Sea. The new look and fresh style pizzas include gluten free options and believe it not, FREE home delivery in Port Douglas.

Restaurant Manager Dylan Rice confirmed “we’ve held on to the local favourites everyone loves at the Shack, and added a range of new styles including The Casablanca with lamb and preserved lemon, The Dukkah with Macadamia nuts and The Mexican – complete with Mexican beans and chipotle sour cream!”

“And if you want something really crazy, add on our killer hot sauce or dill and lime mayo if you dare!”

Part of the magic and to ensure everything is fresh, The Shack hand rolls their bases every day, “That’s a bit of a dying art these days,” Dylan laments, “but it makes such a huge difference to the taste and texture of the pizza.”

Drinks anyone? Complementing the new style menu is a complete overhaul of The Shack’s cocktail menu. “We didn’t think it made sense using a lot of cream in the heat, so Steve our barman and I came up with a range of tropical, beachy cocktails, all of which vary according to the seasonality of fruit. It feels more tropical to order something called ‘Punch Drunk Love,’ ‘Tijuana Tickle’ or ‘Port Paradise.”

But if pizza isn’t your thing, The Shack can deliver their famous Chilli Chicken Wings or traditional pasta dishes too. And they are keeping their Saturday night $10.00 pizza special in the pizza bar too together with daily $5.00 tapas – yum!
