Mossman Golf Club hosted an Australia Day ambrose event sponsored by Ladbrokes, which attracted lots of players dressed for the occasion.

 Winners Wayne Baxter, John Petherbridge, Russell and Zac Hore.  In 2nd place Lisa Smith, Mikaela Goodwin, Wade Duncan and Couper Smith, ahead of Matty Coulthard, Dan Coulthard, Brendon Wood and “Kiwi”.

NTP’s – Bruce Cheesman, John Cameron, Wade Duncan.

The winner of the Ladbrokes Chipping Challenge was David Heron, other finalists were Couper Smith and Wade Duncan.

Tuesday’s Court House Hotel event was won by Peter “Jock” Constantine with 35 points ahead of Alec Ford 32 on a count-back to Bruce Cheesman.

NTP’s – Wayne Revell, Ian Prewitt, Wayne Dowell and Jock Constantine.

Wednesday’s Sporters 9 hole event was won by Rod Donovan with 19 points ahead of Dennis Blake 18.

NTP’s – Rod Donovan and John Cameron.

On Thursday, the Ladies event was won by Jo Constantine with 35 points ahead of Ellen Clark 34.

NTP’s – Cheryl Revell, Elizabeth Green, Leonie Phillips and Julie Hooker.

On Friday the 9 hole event sponsored by Mossman Butchering Co was won by Mick Lancaster with 19 points. 

The Men’s stableford event on Saturday was won by Peter Clark with 41 points ahead of Wade Duncan 38 and John Carney 37.

NTP’s – Elijah Boon, John Cameron, Mick Lancaster and Lynton Heffer.

The Ladies event was won by Julie Hooker with 34 points ahead of Glenda Christensen 33.
