On Tuesday, the 2nd round of the Tuesday Championship was played, and the bar takings were up due to a hole-in-one by Brian “Boof” MacDonald.  

Boof has previously aced the 8th hole in social play, and was very pleased to produce a perfect shot again in competition.

The Tuesday Champion 2 day event was won by Paul McMahon, with a 2nd round win with nett 64 ahead of Brett Jurie 66 on a count-back to Dave Driver.

Wednesday’s Sporters 9 hole event was won by Ron Smith with 24 points on a count-back to Shona Barbour.  NTP’s – Paul Firth & Steve Hudson.

The first round of the Ladies Thursday Championship was won by Cheryl Revell with nett 69 on a count-back to Kerri-Lynn Williams and in third place Glenda Christensen 71.

Friday’s 9 hole event was won by Mick Lancaster with 22 points on a count-back to Peter Clark.

Windy conditions on  Saturday for the 57 players in the Mens event saw Charlie Kadic win with 42 points ahead of Peter McKeown 40 on a count-back to Jock Constantine and Warren Bishop.

NTP’s – Brett Jurie, Broz Jurie, Sammy Brischetto, Nick Scomozzon & Charlie Kadic.

Bette Wells handled the wind well with a nett 43 ahead of Dawn Hudson 42, Pris Freeman 37 and Tracey Benham 36.

John Cameron won the Sunday event with 33 points ahead of Shona Barbour 32.
