Tuesdays Men’s Court House Hotel stableford event was won by Simon Nelson with 40 points ahead of Wayne Soxsmith 39 and Russell Watkins.

Thursday’s Ladies event was won by Shirley Carney with 36 points ahead of Margery Boyce 35 on a count-back to Lucy Giles.

The Mens June Monthly Medal sponsored by The Combined Club, Port Douglas, was won by Geoff Goodwin with  68 nett with runner up Errol Glynn 69.

On Sunday, a great day was enjoyed by over 40 players competing in a golf day to support Wade Duncan, who has been selected to play in the Peninsula Golf event for Juniors at Oxley Golf Club in July.
