The inaugural LGBTQIA+ Heatwave Festival lit up Port Douglas from February 13 to 15, delivering three vibrant days of music, performance and community celebration.
Organisers Andrew Dalbertanson and Kent Fordham pulled together a lively program that brought locals and visitors together and celebrated inclusivity.
Festivalgoers kicked things off on Friday with a sunset launch party at the Sugar Wharf, setting the tone for a program centred on inclusivity and connection. Saturday night turned up the energy at The Central with a high-glam sparkle party, while Sunday offered a chance to wind down with chilled beats and a poolside session at Oaks.
A photo gallery from across the weekend captures the colour, style and atmosphere of the festival.
