A man has been charged with a host of offences following a drug raid on a Cassowary property.
A 55-year-old man has been charged with producing a dangerous drug and other gun-related offences following a raid on a Cassowary property by Mossman detectives earlier this month.
Police raided the home on Friday, February 21, and seized two rifles, ammunition, cannabis, drug utensils and “other dangerous drugs” after obtaining a search warrant.
Following further investigations, detectives yesterday charged the man with 13 offences including producing a dangerous drug, possessing weapons and ammunition, supplying dangerous drugs, possessing a dangerous drug, and possessing the proceeds of a drug offence.
He is scheduled to appear in Mossman Magistrates Court on Wednesday, March 26.
