The bistro’s menu will offer a yummy array of food, including sliders, while the boss also has plans to introduce some regular entertainment.
The restaurant and bar will open Wednesdays through Sundays from 12pm to 10pm.
“We’re really excited about our restaurant and bar upgrades,” Mr Cowlard told Newsport.
“Our new restaurant will have some of the yummiest sliders you’ll taste, while we have an array of tasty drinks as well.
“Another thing we’re doing is having live music at the venue on Wednesdays and Sundays.
“We want to be a space where locals and tourists alike can come, have something to eat and drink and enjoy a few tunes.
“As far as the accommodation side of things is concerned, we’re definitely not solely a backpacker premise.
“We welcome all guests, from the backpacker, to families, to couples, everyone is invited and welcome to stay with us.”
