Last year it was Katy Perry and Orlando Bloom that enjoyed Port Douglas and temporarily called the Douglas Shire home.
Just months later it seems another Hollywood celeb has quietly slipped into Douglas to enjoy some much needed rest and relaxation and to experience the splendours of our wonderous shire.
Newsport understands none other than Matthew McConaughey is in Port Douglas as we speak after he revealed he’s holidaying in the Far North – near where he filmed “Fools Gold” with Kate Hudson in the early 2000s.
McConaughey revealed his current whereabouts during a live Instagram chat with Hudson.
