In Aussie food circles, the name Matt Preston needs no introduction. Over the past 15 years he’s been one of our nation’s leading food commentators and critic. Most notably, Douglas Shire residents would recognise him from his role as a judge on TV shows such as My Kitchen Rules and Masterchef.
That aside, he also writes columns for many media outlets where he talks all things food.
He took time to chat with Newsport where he revealed his most favourite meal ever, what he thinks is the most overrated meal he’s ever had, his love of Taste Port Douglas and many other fun food matters.
