Hot on the heels of his recent regional awards LJ Hooker Port Douglas director and sales manager Matt Scott has been recognised for outstanding sales performance across the LJ Hooker network both nationally and in New Zealand.

At the group’s annual Night of the Stars event in Brisbane recently Matt was re-enlisted as a diamond member of the high performance Captains' Club program which places him in the top 2.5% of agents across the entire LJ Hooker network.

Whilst the buoyancy of the market has driven consumer confidence in recent times, Matt said the fundamentals of “open and honest communication, effective marketing, accurate pricing and skilled negotiating were still the foundations of achieving success and building lasting relationships with clients”.
