Ray White real estate Port Douglas have come up with a novel way to entice potential home buyers to secure their future dream home.

Next Monday, October 31 from 4.30pm-6.30pm the agency will host an open home trick or treat evening in which the public can enjoy Halloween activities while inspecting their latest auction listing at 30 Birdwing Street.

On top of that attendees will go in the running to win a Neochrome 20 inch BMX trick bike.

"Families are invited to come write their name down and go in the draw to win the Halloween bike giveaway,” a Ray White Port Douglas staffer told Newsport.

“The winner will be drawn at 6:30pm at the event and someone will be going home with a fresh set of wheels.

“Overall, it will be the perfect opportunity to view this fabulous home, in the heart of a great neighbourhood and also see the whole community get in on the (Halloween) fun.”
