The Tin Shed to launch promotions, continues to give during festive period

One of the most community orientated venues in the Douglas Shire is gearing up for a bumper month as it prepares to roll out a number of promotions and community incentives throughout December in the lead up to Christmas.
Some of The Tin Shed’s pre-Christmas activations include:
Members Christmas hamper giveaway : In the coming days The Tin Shed members will have the chance to claim instant win tickets at the lobby kiosks.
Patrons can swipe their members card upon entering the venue. Winners will be drawn at random, with 12 hampers on offer prior to Xmas.
Jetski or the cash giveaway: During the year The Tin Shed has had a sea-doo jetski on display in their lobby.
The jetski is valued at more than $15,000 and comes with built in speakers and trailer. Members who have frequented the club during the year will have tickets into a virtual barrel.
The jetski winner will be drawn on Friday, December 10 and must be in the venue to win. The winner will have the choice of either the jetski or $10,000.
Members Christmas party: The Tin Shed’s annual members Christmas party will be held on December 17. Event tickets are on sale and selling fast, contact the club for your seat.
As one of the most community focused establishments in the region it’s worth noting the money locals spend at the club goes straight back into the Douglas Shire.
A quick run through of The Tin Shed’s direct upcoming financial contributions again highlights just how committed they remain to the Douglas Shire community.
- The Tin Shed is donating the fireworks for the much-anticipated New Year’s Eve fireworks display.
- The Tin Shed is sponsoring the youth disco on New Year’s Eve held in the park.
- The Tin Shed is sponsoring the carols by candlelight along with the Mossman Christmas Street parade.
- Inside the club The Tin Shed will be a collection point for the Mossman community centre Christmas drive. They have requested gifts for men, women and older teens as they receive quite a lot of toys but gifts for these demographics are what’s really needed. Gifts such as toiletry bags and essentials can make a real difference for individuals in our community this holiday season.
