Mount Molloy police were called to an off-road motorcycle crash on Monday afternoon that required all hands on deck to assist.

At about 2.30pm, police and other emergency services were called to attend Quaid Road, Southedge Station, after an off-road motorcycle enthusiast crashed on a bush track, breaking his leg.

Due to the recent rain, it needed to be an on-foot extraction, with Queensland Fire and Emergency Services officers and Queensland Ambulance Service officers carrying the injured man across a flooded creek.

A great job by all involved, with the 35-year-old man transported to Mareeba Hospital with non-life threatening leg injuries.
