RSL running inaugural golf day

Mossman RSL is teeing off to raise funds for the great work they do.
Is holding a Diggers Golf Day in September with this inaugural event they are looking for golfers to sign up now to make sure it’s a fun day to remember.
Secretary of the Mossman Branch of the Returned Services League told Newsport that they were hoping to make it an annual event.
The Golf Day will be held on Sunday 4th September starting at 8AM at Mossman Golf Club with all proceeds being used to support Veterans, ADF Dependants and Legatees.
The day is set up as a two ball Ambrose with teams working together to win the day.
With the perfect setting with views of fairways and mountains the Golf Club will serve as the perfect backdrop for this event.
With a perpetual shield on the line, it will stand until next year when the winners will compete again to retain the shield.
The entrance fee is $50 which includes participation as well as lunch with the chance to win a range of great prizes and raffles throughout the event.
RSL Queensland provides a wide range of services and programs to support our Defence family in real and practical ways.
The Mossman branch was formed in 1918 and has continued to be a proud club representing the needs of those returned from duty along with their families and events like this allow them to do so.
