Paisley to close out blockbuster festival

One of the fastest growing festivals in the Far North, Savannah in the Round has confirmed its schedule ahead of a blockbuster three days of live music later this year.
The man everyone is keen to see US country music sensation Brad Paisley will rock the main stage inside the Mareeba arena on the final evening of the September 30 – October 2 festival, where he’ll take to the stage from 9.30pm to perform a huge set to close out the festival.
The Tennessee native is best known for hits “Mud on the tyres” “Waiting on a woman”, “When I get where I’m going” “She’s Everything”, “Little Moments” and a host of other hits during a successful career that’s spanned more than two decades.
Rising country music act, MacKenzie Porter will also perform on the final night, taking to the main stage before Paisley from 7.45pm.
In other highlights Richard Clapton will perform under the Big top on October 2 from 2.45pm while the ever-popular Christie Lamb will rock the Bull Bar on September 30 from 3pm.
Another favourite, Jon Stevens will play the main stage on October 1, from 9.30pm.
