Caloundra West – vehicle and e-scooter incident

A male patient was transported to the Sunshine Coast University Hospital in a stable condition with leg pain after a vehicle and e-scooter incident on Caloundra Road at 6.31am.

Marcus Beach – post-immersion incident

Multiple QAS crews are on scene at a post-immersion incident at a location off Callitris Crescent and Tristania Drive at 6.21am. Note: this incident is ongoing.

Surfers Paradise – bicycle incident

Paramedics transported an adult male patient to the Gold Coast University Hospital in a stable condition with a minor head laceration after a bicycle incident on Surf Parade around 4am.

Oxenford – single-vehicle crash

A male in his 20s was transported to the Gold Coast University Hospital in a stable condition after a single-vehicle crash on Kopps Road around 1am.

Coral Cove – single-vehicle into tree

Paramedics responded to reports of a single-vehicle into tree on Back Windermere Road at 11.54pm. A female in her late teens was transported to Bundaberg Hospital in a stable condition.

Palm Cove – single-vehicle rollover

An adult male was transported to Cairns Hospital in a stable condition with back pain after a single-vehicle rollover on the Captain Cook Highway at 11.09pm.

Willow Vale – pedestrian and trailer incident

Paramedics assessed a male in his late teens with significant leg injuries after being struck by a trailer on a private property at 11.08pm.

Miles End – alleged assault

A male in his 20s was transported to Mt Isa Hospital in a stable condition with a head injury after an alleged assault at a location off the Barkly Highway at 10.45pm.

Fig Tree Pocket – single-vehicle rollover

Paramedics, including critical care, assessed five stable patients following a single-vehicle rollover on the Centenary Motorway southbound at 10.11pm, including:

  • A male in his 20s transported to the Princess Alexandra Hospital with back pain and spinal precautions
  • Two females in their late teens transported to the Princess Alexandra Hospital with spinal precautions and minor injuries
  • A teenage female and a female in her late teens were transported to the Royal Brisbane and Women’s Hospital with minor injuries.

Torquay – scooter incident

Paramedics transported a stable male child with a suspected arm injury to Hervey Bay Hospital after a scooter incident on Honiton Street and Torquay Terrace at 9.48pm.

Clifton Beach – snake bite

A female patient was transported to Cairns hospital in a stable condition after a reported snake bite on the Arlington Esplanade at 9.37pm.

Cedar Creek – vehicle and horse incident

Paramedics transported a male and female patient to the Gold Coast University Hospital in stable conditions after a vehicle reportedly crashed into two horses on Plunkett Road at 9.24pm.

Darlington – burns

A male in his 40s was airlifted to the Royal Brisbane and Women’s Hospital in a stable condition after sustaining significant burns from a bon fire at a private property at 8.33pm.

Monkland – two-vehicle crash

Two stable patients were transported to Gympie Hospital after a two-vehicle crash at the intersection of Dowling Road and Georgie Road at 7.46pm, including a female in her 60s with neck pain and a female in her 40s with spinal precautions.

Riverhills – bicycle incident

A male child of primary school aged was transported to the Queensland Children’s Hospital in a stable condition with minor face, leg and arm abrasions after a bicycle incident on Bensley Place around 7pm.

Two Mile – motorcycle crash

Paramedics responded to reports of a motorcycle crash on Wadell Road at 6.15pm. A male in his 50s was transported to Gympie Hospital in a stable condition.

Picnic Bay – motorcycle crash

A male in his 50s was transported to Magnetic Island Hospital in a stable condition with neck pain after a motorcycle crash on West Point Road and Cockle Bay Drive at 6.12pm.
