Emerald – vehicle and bicycle incident
Paramedics responded to reports of a vehicle and bicycle incident at the intersection of Douglas Street and Selma Road at 5.30am. A male in his 60s was transported to Emerald Hospital in a stable condition with a lower limb injury and minor abrasions.
Calliope – motorcycle crash
A male in his 30s was airlifted to Rockhampton Hospital in a serious condition after a motorcycle crashed into a tree on Fremont Street at 1.19am.
Burleigh Heads – bicycle incident
A male in his late teens was transported to Robina Hospital in a stable condition after a bicycle incident off the Gold Coast Highway at 1.08am.
Maryborough – electric shock
Paramedics transported a female in her 30s to Maryborough Hospital in a stable condition after a reported electric shock at a private residence at 12.37am.
Surfers Paradise – alleged assault
Two stable patients with minor injuries were transported to the Gold Coast University Hospital after an alleged assault at a location off The Esplanade at 11.55pm.
Heatley – single-vehicle into pole
A stable female patient was transported to Townsville Hospital after a single-vehicle crashed into a power pole on the corner of Charles Street and Lindeman Avenue at 11.13pm.
Gracemere – alleged assault
Paramedics transported a stable male patient with suspected rib injuries to Rockhampton Hospital after and alleged assault at a private residence at 11.13pm.
Bulimba – spider bite
A female patient was transported to the Mater Hospital in a stable condition after a reported spider bite at a private address around 11pm.
Virginia – two-vehicle crash
Paramedics responded to reports of a two-vehicle crash on Robinson Road East and Sandgate Road at 10.42pm. A female in her 20s was transported to the Royal Brisbane and Women’s Hospital in a stable condition with back pain.
Surface Paradise –alleged assault
A female in her 30s was transported to Gold Coast University Hospital with facial injuries in a stable condition after an alleged assault on the corner of Elkhorn Avenue and Surfers Paradise Road at 9.41pm.
Herston – alleged assault
A male in his teens was transported to the Royal Brisbane and Women’s Hospital in a stable condition with facial injuries after an alleged assault on Flemming Street at 9.25pm.
Deeragun – vehicle in floodwater
Two stable patients were assessed after a vehicle became stuck in floodwater on corner of Innes Drive and Nightjar Street with nil transport at around 9pm.
Woorim – single-vehicle crash
A male in his late teens was transported to Redcliffe Hospital in a serious condition with chest and leg injuries after a single-vehicle crash on the corner of Arcadia and First Avenue at 8.39pm.
Bridgeman Downs – two-vehicle crash
One stable patient was treated and transported to Royal Brisbane and Women’s Hospital after a two-vehicle crash on the corner of Albany Creek Road and Beckett Road at 8.23pm.
Southport – e-bike incident
A female in her 20s was transported to the Gold Coast University Hospital in a stable condition with a suspected ankle injury after reportedly falling from an electric bike on Marine Parade at 7.40pm.
Sunnybank – vehicle and motorcycle crash
A stable male in his 30s was transported to Princess Alexandra Hospital after a vehicle and motorcycle crash on Lister Street at 7.43pm.
Yorkeys Knob – snake bite
A female in her 20s was transported to Cairns Hospital in a stable condition after a reported snake bite to the ankle at a private property around 7.30pm.
Kunda Park – single-vehicle crash
Paramedics transported a female in her 20s to the Sunshine Coast University Hospital in a stable condition with minor injuries after a single-vehicle crashed into a guard rail on Maroochydore Road at 6.43pm.
Biggers Waters – boating incident
A male in his 50s was transported to the Gold Coast University Hospital in a serious condition with chest injuries after he reportedly became stuck between two boats at a location off the North Wave Break Island at 6.45pm. The High Acuity Response Unit was on board for transport to hospital.
Windsor – single-vehicle crash
Paramedics, including the High Acuity Response Unit, transported two stable patients to the Royal Brisbane and Women’s Hospital after a single-vehicle crash at the intersection of Lutwyche Road and Newmarket Road at 6.19pm.
Lockyer Waters – single -vehicle crash
Paramedics assessed three stable patients who didn’t require transport to hospital after a single-vehicle crashed into a tree on Nandine Road at 6.14pm.
