Dalby – hang glider incident
Paramedics transported a male in his late 50s to Dalby Hospital in a serious condition with chest and head injuries following a hang gliding incident off Aerodrome Road at 6.33am. The rescue helicopter is on standby at Dalby Hospital to further transfer the patient.
St Lucia – structure fire
Paramedics transported aa male in his 40s to Royal Brisbane and Women’s Hospital in a stable condition with mild smoke inhalation following a structure fire at a location off Sir Fred Schonell Drive at 3.51am.
Mermaid Waters – single-vehicle into pole
A male in his 20s was transported to Gold Coast University Hospital in a serious but stable condition with neck, chest, shoulder, abdominal and pelvic injuries following a single-vehicle into a pole on Rio Vista Boulevard at 3.24am.
St Lawrence – motorcycle crash
A male in his 20s was transported to Mackay Hospital in a stable condition with foot injures and other minor injuries following a motorcycle crash on Bar Plains Road at 1.23am.
Terrica – single-vehicle rollover
Paramedics transported a male in his 20s to Warwick Hospital in a stable condition with rib and neck pain following a single-vehicle rollover on Spring Creek road at 1.16am.
Sarina – vehicle and pedestrian incident
A male in his 30s was transported to Mackay Hospital in a stable condition following a vehicle and pedestrian incident on Broad Street at 12.48am.
Palm Cove – marine sting
A female in her 30s was transported to Cairns Hospital in a stable condition following a marine sting to the leg at a location off Williams Esplanade at 10.05pm.
Dulacca – truck and vehicle crash
A male patient was airlifted to Toowoomba Hospital in a stable condition with neck pain following a truck and vehicle crash on Warrego Highway at 7.57pm.
Pechey – motorcycle incident
Paramedics transported a male in his 20s to Toowoomba Hospital in a stable condition with neck, back, chest and shoulder injuries following a motorcycle incident in which he subsequently fell approximately three meters down an embankment on Deeth Road and Grape Tree Road at 7.03pm.
Woree – post immersion incident
A female toddler was transported to Cairns Hospital in a critical condition following a post immersion incident from a private address at 5.56pm.
