Deebing Heights – two-vehicle crash

Paramedics, including critical care and the High Acuity Response Unit, responded to a two-vehicle crash on Pisasale Drive at 6.09am. A female in her 40s was transported to the Princess Alexandra Hospital in a serious but stable condition with abdominal, pelvis and arm injuries. Two males in their 20s were assessed and did not require hospitalisation. A female in her is being assessed. Note: this incident is ongoing.

Mermaid Waters – alleged wounding

A male in his 40s was transported to Gold Coast University Hospital in a serious condition with head and arm injuries following an alleged wounding at a private address at 5.49am.

Sunshine Acres – single-vehicle incident

One male patient was transported to Hervey Bay Hospital in a stable condition with a shoulder injury following a single-vehicle crash on Maryborough Hervey Bay Road at 5.22am.

Narangba – single-vehicle down embankment

A male in his 20s was transported to Royal Brisbane and Women’s Hospital in a stable condition with a minor head injury following single-vehicle down an embankment on Bruce Highway north bound and Boundary Road off ramp at 3.41am.

Tarome – single-vehicle rollover

Paramedics responded to reports of a single-vehicle rollover on the Cunningham Highway just after 1am and transported a stable female patient to Warwick Hospital.

Noosa Heads – single-vehicle crash

A male patient was transported to Nambour Hospital in a stable condition with a head injury after a single-vehicle crash on Leslie Drive at 12.10am.

Slacks Creek – alleged assault

A male in his 30s was transported to Ipswich Hospital in a stable condition with a head and arm injury after an alleged assault at a private address at 9.26pm.

Jubilee Pocket – alleged assault

A male in his 50s was transported to Mackay Hospital in a stable condition with facial injuries after an alleged assault at a private address just after 8pm.

Cooktown – snake bite

Paramedics transported a stable female in her 30s to Cooktown Hospital after a reported snake bite to the foot at a private residence at 7.34pm.

Chelona – snake bite

A male in his 30s was transported to Mackay Hospital in a stable condition after a reported snake bite on a private property at 7.13pm.

Biggers Waters – two-vehicle crash

Three stable patients were transported to the Gold Coast University Hospital after a two-vehicle crash at the intersection of Brisbane Road and Lewis Drive at 7.12pm, including two male children with no major injuries and a male in his 40s with shoulder and hip pain.

Eimeo – e-scooter incident

Paramedics transported a male in his 50s to Mackay Hospital in a stable condition with a head laceration after an e-scooter incident on Kinghorn Street at 7.09pm.

Jimboomba – alleged assault

Paramedics, including critical care, transported male in his 70s to Logan Hospital in a stable condition with a head injury and rib pain after an alleged assault at a private residence at 7.08pm.

Rasmussen – dog bite

A male in his 40s was transported to Townsville Hospital in a stable condition after a reported dog bite at a private address at 6.51pm.

Mount Barney – search and rescue

Multiple QAS crews and other emergency services were called to assist a patient who sustained a leg injury while walking on Mount Barney around 10.40am on Sunday, 6 February. A female in her 20s was extricated and transported to Logan Hospital in a stable condition with leg injuries.
