Birkdale – single-vehicle crash
Paramedics, including critical care are assessing one patient at the scene of a single-vehicle crash into a tree on Charles Street and Quarry Road at 6.26am. Note: this incident is ongoing at time of report.
Kingsthorpe – single-vehicle crash
Multiple paramedics, including critical care and three rescue helicopters assessed four patients following a serious single-vehicle crash into a tree on North Street and East Street at 12.32am.
- A patient was airlifted to the Princess Alexandra Hospital in a critical condition with head injuries.
- A patient was airlifted to the Royal Brisbane and Women’s Hospital in a critical condition with leg injuries.
- A male in his teens was transported by road to Toowoomba Hospital in a stable condition with a lower leg injury.
- Sadly a male in his 20s passed away at the scene.
Kurrimine Beach – kitchen fire
Paramedics assessed two stable patients with smoke inhalation following a kitchen fire at a private residence at 10.22pm. The patients did not require transport to hospital.
Lutwuche – single-vehicle crash
Paramedics transported one female patient in a stable condition to Royal Brisbane and Women’s Hospital after a single-vehicle crash into a pole on Kedron Park Road at 9.49pm.
Clontarf – two-vehicle crash
Paramedics transported a stable female patient to Royal Brisbane and Women’s Hospital with leg injuries after a two-vehicle crash on MacDonnel Road at 9.21pm.
Redbank – two-vehicle crash
Paramedics transported a stable female patient with head injuries to Ipswich Hospital after a two-vehicle crash on the corner of Monash Road and Montgomery Street at 8.08pm.
Chandler – single-vehicle crash
Paramedics transported a female toddler to Queensland Children’s Hospital in a stable condition with minor injuries following a single-vehicle crash on Moreton Road at 6.33pm.
Maryborough – two-vehicle crash
Paramedics transported two stable patients, one with a leg injury and the other with minor abrasions, to Maryborough Hospital after a two-vehicle crash on the corner of Ferry and Anne Street at 5.44pm.
