A once in a lifetime opportunity to establish a resort on near prime beach front property is now a reality and on offer for the right buyer.

Ray White Port Douglas confirmed a 2.1ha piece of land which comes with development approval for tourist accommodation is available at Mango Beach.

The location has approval for a combination of 46 one-bedroom hotel resort suites, 86 one-bedroom bedroom apartments, 10 two-bedroom dual key apartments and seven three-bedroom resort villas.

“It’s a wonderful opportunity to acquire prime positioned development land in the heart of Port Douglas,” Ray White’s Mark Flinn enthused.

“The land is located only a short stroll through to the iconic Four Mile Beach or to the renowned Palmer Sea Reef Golf Course and a short drive to the town centre.”

Mr Flinn confirmed the DA also includes potential options for reception and offices, pool bar, a restaurant or even lagoon style pool. The site also has a private beach access way.

Mr Flinn explained other uses for location pending a Douglas Shire green light could include sub-dividing or a villa development.

The land is for sale through a formal offer to buy closing on December 20.

Those wanting to know more are invited to contact Mark Flinn on 0405646313.
