New look for key Mossman service

Mossman’s Services Australia building has received a timely spruce up ahead of the festive season.
The service centre, located at 23 Front Street, has a revitalised fresh look and feel and a refurbished modern layout that’s more user friendly for customers to interact with staff.
“It is equipped with updated digital facilities and customers will be able to access a range of Centrelink face-to-face services,” a Services Australia spokesperson informed Newsport.
“The service centre also offers digital coaching for customers who are looking for extra support to access Services Australia’s online services.
“Customers can arrange a digital coaching session by calling their regular Centrelink payment line or service centre staff can book them in.
“The Mossman service centre will continue to operate Monday to Friday, from 8:30am to 4:30pm.”
