Phoebe and her husband Steve have resided in the Port Douglas region since 2000. Growing up in the resort town of Queenstown with a short stopover in Noosa, Phoebe has a passion for small business – especially those in regional areas that service the tourism and hospitality sector.

In 2008 Phoebe founded HR Dynamics, and her business partner Rebecca joined a couple of months later.

Since then Phoebe and Rebecca have built HR Dynamics to a stage where there are two office locations (Cairns & Buderim) and eleven consultants.
