The Douglas Dragons will be looking for the ‘treble’ on Saturday afternoon at 4.00 at Edge Hill when they clash with Townsville Brothers for the Crad Evans Shield.

With the league title and a Grand Final victory already secured, the Dragons will be looking for their final piece of silverware to crown a remarkable season.

The 4-0 Grand Final win last weekend over the Mareeba Bulls was a one-sided affair and it did not take long for the Dragons to take the ascendancy.

Two goals in either half was more than ample as the Dragons outclassed the Bulls with their constant pressure and by maintaining possession.

The Dragons’ goals were scored by Will Pycroft, Jamie Gosling, Ramiro Vilar and Rodrigo Medina.
