Classic line-up of Clink Theatre performances

Entertainment

Clink Theatre boss and Douglas Shire Mayor Michael Kerr knows when he’s on to something good and it’s no surprise he is buoyed by the line-up of shows scheduled for July and August at the best little theatre in Far North Queensland.
The line-up scheduled for this month and the start of next, looks like this:
Shaun Cram brings Cram it on Broadway 2021 – 23 and 24 July
Come along and join Shaun Cram with his special guests as they take you through a journey of the best of Broadway. Ticket revenue goes towards the Clink Theatre Building Fund and the Jack Heywood Memorial Fund.
Kel and Amy’s Stand Up Comedy – 25 July
Two award-winning comedians are hitting the road and bringing the laughs to regional Queensland this month and they're stopping in Port Douglas for one night only. Grab some mates, organise a babysitter and head to the Clink for a jam-packed show full of side-splitting, stand-up, relatable stories and ‘piss’ funny jokes.
Randy Feltface and Friends – 31 July
After selling out festivals across the country, everyone’s favourite felt-faced comedian is bringing his finest hour of stand-up to the Far North for one night only! Randy Feltface has written and performed eight solo stand-up comedy shows, released four comedy specials, played to sold out seasons in London and New York, and been nominated for Best Comedy at the Edinburgh Fringe Festival. Join him alongside some brilliant support acts for a killer night of comedy.
Dolly Diamond and Tash York – Unlocked and Unleashed – 6 August
Two of Australia's favourite cabaret queens, Dolly Diamond and Tash York, are ready to take the stage delivering an evening of incredible song, hilarious stories and probably a glass or 10 of wine to boot. After 18 months locked up in cold and windy Melbourne, these two Diva's are ready to unleash their perfect blend of parody and satire to the gorgeous and sunny Port Douglas.
High School Musical auditions
On 11 July, teen sensation musical High School Musical Jr. is coming to the Clink theatre. Auditions for this high energy, singing and dancing spectacular will be on Sunday 11 July at the Clink Theatre.
All auditionees must be there at 9:45am to complete paper work and be ready to start at 10am. High School Musical Jr is an altered version of the full show especially for those younger performers under 15 years of age.
