Real Estate leader LJ Hooker Port Douglas is embarking on a marketing campaign opening up an opportunity for home owners thinking of selling.

And there are “tasty” incentives to complement this unique idea.

Each month, all new market appraisals will go into a draw to win a $100 business voucher.

They can choose from Pasta E Vino, N17 Burger Co., and Black Sesame – Sushi. One winner will be drawn per month between June to October.

LJ Hooker Sales Manager Matthew Scott says the campaign’s major objective is to ‘cut out” the negativity that has been prevalent in some circles, which includes the media.

“I’d be the first to concede there are challenges, but we are looking to educate and sellers during these times.

“Ironically, the market has fared well with greater success this May compared to the same time last year. This is extremely encouraging,” he said.

Scott said he is looking forward to when the borders are open; people can get on a plane and look at what’s available on the market.

In stressing the need to remove the negativity, he is confident Port can hold its own.
