Council grant provides opportunity to showcase ideas
COUNCIL GRANTS PROGRAM
Douglas Shire Council has paved the way for enterprising shire residents to present ideas to enrich the community or grow the local economy thanks to a Council grant.
Council will be inviting grant applications for local projects under the 2020/21 Council Grants Program next month and is encouraging locals to apply for a grant.

“Get in touch with Council staff, work on your ideas and come along to the information sessions in August to see how you can apply.
“I look forward to seeing some new community-driven initiatives for Council to get behind,” she said.
