The Christmas spirit was alive and well at the Mossman Showgrounds on Sunday night at the Douglas Shire Carols by Candlelight.

Hundreds of people turned out to sing along to their favourite Christmas carols, many donned with festive hats and colourful clothing.

Triple M’s Mark Littler hosted the night which featured performances from local artists, special guests, and Mrs Claus, topped off with a special visit from Santa.
