THE Port Douglas Crocs continued their winning ways at the sporting complex on Saturday when they thumped North Cairns by a 133-point margin in this AFL Cairns senior encounter.

The Crocs’ statistics tell the full story: 23.24.162 to 4.5.29 and Kye Chapple once again led the way with six goals. Other standout players were Brett McKeown, Brett Meredith and Wes Glass.

Chapple said he would have preferred a tighter game, but added that North Cairns is struggling and his team was able to run riot.

Port Douglas is currently second on the ladder with 28 points, four behind leaders Cairns Saints. This weekend they are away to South Cairns.
