Cheesman and Allison’s 45 points gives them top spot

BRUCE Cheesman and Bill Allison, with 45 points, won Tuesday’s 4 BBB event at the Mossman Golf Club. Robert Young and Wayne Dowell (44) were second, followed by Matt Carmody and Jim Geddes (43). NTP’s –Matt Carmody on 8, Malcom Phillips on 10, Matthew Smith on 13.
Wednesday’s Nine Hole Stableford event was won by Rod Donovan with 18 points.
Friday’s Nine Hole Chook Run was won by Matthew Watson with 19 points on a C/B to Joe Wild also with 19 points. NTP’s – Jon Newham on 6, Ranald Edwards on 8.
Men's Foursome Championship Event Gross Winners: Wade Duncan and Mitchell Croghan with 121 Gross; second were Wayne Christensen and Michael Lancaster with 129 Gross. Men’s Foursome Championship Nett Winners: David Budge and Brian Taylor with 106.5 Nett; second were Keith Gard and Peter Santarossa with 107.5 Nett. NTP’s – Jon Newham on 6, Bill McCarthy on 8.
Ladies Foursome Championship Event Gross Winners: Glenda Christensen and Julie Jorgensen with 140 Gross; second were Kim Edwards and Trish Landy with 145 Gross. Ladies Foursome Championship Nett Winners: Glenda Christensen and Julie Jorgensen with Nett 114; second were Kim Edwards and Trish Landy with 115.5 Nett. NTP's – Carly Jack on 6.Sunday's Medley Stableford Event was won by Rick Weimer with 36 points on a C/B and Ed Sant was second with 36 points.This Saturday’s Competition is a 4 BBB so put your teams in for a fun game of Golf.
