THE Douglas Shire's NAIDOC Week celebrations concluded today with hundreds lining the streets of Mossman for the annual street parade.

The five-day celebration of Indigenous culture was themed 'Because of her, we can' this year in recognition of the remarkable contribution Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander women have made to communities and families across the nation.
