UPDATE 2.30pm: A motorist was lucky to escape without injury after a parking mishap in Mossman this morning.
The driver’s foot slipped off the brake attempting to park outside the ANZ Mossman Branch, forcing the two-door vehicle to jump the kerb and slam into the Front Street building.

There were no injuries as a result of the accident. Minor damage was sustained to the vehicle and building.
EARLIER: A CAR has slammed into the ANZ Bank in Mossman.
Witnesses reported seeing the car running straight up the gutter and crashing into the Front Street branch just before midday today.
Emergency services have been called. It’s still unclear if anyone has been injured.
