'Journey Creator' will inspire Port Douglas

And to appreciate what Journeys has to offer, they are staging a free session on Tuesday September 4 at 11:30am at Arabella’s. Food and beverages will be available.
Journeys of the Spirit creates unique travel experiences for individuals and small groups.
It organises wellness holidays, spiritual journeys, health retreats and unique travel experiences for like-minded people allowing them to reconnect to their wisest and highest self.
Founder Julie Baker said she created Journeys to offer opportunities to rebalance stress – in all of its many forms - using travel as the medium. She says scientific research has proven that stress impacts every part of our lives: mentally, physically and emotionally.
She puts this into perspective when she asks the following questions:

Baker has shared her message in the major centres across Australia and is excited to be making the trip to Port Douglas.
“I like to create that sense of community with a small group of people in a casual atmosphere, which is why Arabella’s is such a perfect space for us.
