DOUGLAS District Cross Country competitors took to Four Mile Beach today to battle it out for places in the Peninsula Regional trials to compete on May 18 in Cairns.
On another beautiful Autumn morning on Four Mile Beach a few painful grimaces mixed with plenty of smily faces told the whole story of the day.
Congratulations to all the winners, participates and teachers.
