PORT Douglas registered another utterly dominant win on Saturday crushing South Cairns Cutters by 125-points.

Those hoping for a tight contest between last year’s grand finalists were left disappointed by quarter time, with the Crocs shooting out to an early 38-point lead.

The bleeding stopped momentarily in the second term with the Cutters putting up a modicum of resistance, but ultimately they had no answer to the ruthless Crocs.

The 21.19 (145) to 3.2 (20) victory flattered the visitors at the Port Douglas Sporting Complex. It was a crippling blow for the third placed Cutters and puts a psychological dent on any designs they had on higher ambitions later this year.

Northern Territory ruckman Josh Wilson and Former SANFL forward Lee Staple (three goals) were superb for the Crocs, while Wes Glass, Brett McKeown and Peter Bury continued their consistent form.
