THE NAIDOC Week Street Parade and Family Fun Day kicks off in Mossman today.
The parade will commence from 10am from the Douglas Shire Council chambers and will carry the theme ‘Our Languages Matter’.

There are awards up for grabs for all street parade participants so expect plenty of colour and activity down Main Street this morning.
The activities then turn to Bubu Kinkari George Davis Park from until 2pm for traditional dancing along with a host of other activities.
