Youth charged over Mossman school break-in

Property was damaged at the Mossman State High School earlier this month.

A YOUTH has been charged over a break and entry at the Mossman State High School.

A 16-year-old Mossman boy was arrested at midday yesterday following investigations into damage sustained to the Mossman School on January 18.

It will be alleged the boy was with others who forced entry to the property and damaged computers, furniture and a number of windows.

The boy was charged with entering premises and committing and indictable offence. Two other boys aged, 13 and 14, have already been charged in relation to the incident and investigations are ongoing.
