MOSSMAN Golf Club’s Tuesday event on January 31, sponsored by the Courthouse Hotel, was won by Dave Nesbitt on 40 points.

Nesbitt beat home John Carney (39) and Ralf Middel (36) on a count-back to Jock Constantine.

Wet weather disrupted competition and players were back on the course on Saturday 11 February.

The Men’s event, sponsored by The Mossman Hotel, was won by Dan Hober with nett 66 ahead of Jimmy Serave 70 on a count-back.

Nett winners:
A Grade, Ralf Middel 73, B Grade Brian Taylor 72, C Grade Chris Gristock 72.

The Ladies took a weekend break in the Tablelands, with 12 players enjoying the Atherton and Mareeba courses. The Pink Jacket was won by Carly Jack with runner up Robyn Fleming.

Sunday’s event was won by Geoff Goodwin with 37 points.
