PORT Douglas Community Services Network Inc have funding for a six month youth program.

They invite all young people from Port Douglas to get involved and tell them what kind of services and supports you want in your community.

The network will provide cooking classes, computer access, fun activities including music and drama workshops weekly during the school term.

They will also be holding a Youth Disco tonight at the Douglas Shire Hall between 7pm and 10pm, which is a alcohol/drug free event. Entry is just a gold coin donation.

The weekly sessions are running on Monday and Wednesday’s between 4.30pm and 6.30pm at the Port Douglas Neighbourhood Centre.
