NEWSPORT wants you to experience the Mighty Mossman Show FREE!!

The first 10 families who drop by Newsport’s office on 38 Wharf Street will receive a FREE Family Membership pass (worth $35) to attend the Mighty Mossman Show.

The tickets will allow you to enjoy two free days at the Show. This is a unique offer for the 10 lucky families and entitles two adults and two children to spend Sunday and Monday at the Mossman event.

“I am delighted that we are able to make this available to 10 families," ” said Newsport Managing Director Sam Cullen.

"The Mighty Mossman Show is a popular annual event, it has been around for more than 60 years and we are proud to be one of the media sponsors."

And with only three more sleeps, we are still keen to learn what you like most about the show.

In the lead up to the 65th running of the event, a theme was launched featuring eight new posters which were distributed across the Douglas Shire’s business community encouraging people to reveal their favourite thing about the show in an attempt to engage the future audience of the celebrated event.

The show means different things to different people, prompting a series of themed campaigns to represent the many reasons people turn out in their thousands. The themes tie in with the shows new marketing tag line 'where time flies’ and are as follows:

• Adrenaline ride junkies
• Young family fun
• Traditional show goers
• Fireworks, we all love you
• Girls just want to have fun
• Cute and cuddly friends forever

This year’s show once again has something for everyone and both days – the first events start at 8:00am on Sunday and Monday – are packed with exciting activities.

Monday has two major attractions – $2,000 cash is up for grabs in the Magic Monday Draw at 4:00pm and the fireworks display at 8:00pm.
